A system that makes it easy and simple to design own workflows

We are currently experiencing a growing interest in Emply's recruitment solution from recruitment agencies. We have therefore talked to one of our oldest clients, the recruitment firm FUGL LEONHARDT, about what makes Emply so sought after in their industry.

 

We have arranged a phone meeting with Suzette Fugl and Connie Leonhardt. But the immediate meeting with the answering machine speaks its clear language; FUGL LEONHARDT's recruitment firm is busy. However, the two recruiters call back shortly after, explaining that the slightly noisy connection is because they are sitting in the car on their way to today's next customer visit.

 

Suzette Fugl and Connie Leonhardt have been recruiting for more than 20 years. In recent years, they have used Emply to handle their core product; the recruitment process. And that's not without reason, says Connie Leonhardt. “Emply is a fantastic tool that makes it easy for us to create job ads and handle the candidates who come in" she explains.

 

With more than 100 annual recruits, FUGL LEONHARDT needs a system that makes it easy and simple for them to create job postings and design their own workflows. They feel that Emply is delivering to the fullest, says Suzette Fugl; "We must admit that we are not the most technical," she says while laughing. "But in spite of that, we have extremely rarely had challenges with operating in the system".

"It's very convenient that you, as a Emply customer, have a relation to your support staff. We know the skills of the different people."

A service you don't experience in many places

FUGL LEONHARDT has been customers for many years. As Connie Leonhardt puts it, "we started the collaboration when both our companies were young and small". And even though we, in Emply, like FUGL LEONHARDT, have grown bigger today and expanded both the number of employees and customers, Suzette Fugl does not feel that it can be felt at the service level. “It's very convenient that you, as an Emply customer, have a relation to your support staff. We know the different competencies, so we know whether we should ask for, for example Simon or Heidi, whichever challenge we face" she says. "Yes, and then it doesn't take a second before things are fixed" Connie Leonhardt breaks in. “We had a very special customer a couple of years ago who had some very specific requirements for the way we were going to handle their recruitment. So we called Emply, and then it only took a split second before your support team had created a unique design for us - it's a service you don't experience in many places”.

 

When asked if there are any changes they would like in the new version of Emply's recruitment tool in the future, Connie Leonhardt replies “When you get such an imaginary wand in your hand, there are always little things you want to change. However, it is important for us to point out that we are incredibly happy with what we currently get from Emply”.

 

The signal begins to disappear as they drive down in the parking basement, indicating that the interview is over. We say goodbye, and Suzette Fugl and Connie Leonhardt head to another meeting that hopefully ends up with even more future recruits through Emply.
