We gathered over 100 HR people for a full day event on recruitment, onboarding and talent management. In this connection, we pulled out a handful of participants for a talk about their experiences with Emply.
Helle Mølleskov, Høje-Taastrup Municipality:
When choosing our recruitment system, we had three suppliers to choose from, and we chose Emply because it was the most intuitive and user-friendly system.
When we started with Emply, one of the things I mentioned to Gert was that support was very important. Our work days are very busy and in an employment situation, it is really important that you can call the support team and get help right away. So far, Emply's support has never failed.
Also, their uptime is great, which is also really important, because when recruting we are often on our iPads during the interview and need to be able to count on the system.

We have been working with Emply almost ever since Emply started, and we have been really happy with the platform. In fact, we are so happy that we have just upgraded. Where we used their recruitment system before, we are currently implementing their full HR system, globally. It is onboarding, talent management and absence registration. Emply's product is really, really good because it is easy to use. For those of us who use it as administrators, it's super easy and intuitive, and you quickly learn to navigate it. For our leaders, it has proven to be super efficient and time-saving, and in addition, it is also GDPR compliant.

When choosing our recruitment platform provider, there were three strategic areas that were important to us. One was the supplier's ability to be flexible, that is, to be able to adapt the solution to the demands and desires that we had, and very quickly. We're not talking about years here but within very few months.
Another was the flexibility of the system. It is a standard system and we have chosen it for that reason, but it has to be able to be set up in different ways at the university. We have many special requirements, many special requests. Some of them are law-based, which ordinary recruitment solutions just can't handle.
A third thing that was strategically important to us was to have a modular system. This is actually the first time we have seen a system that is truly modular. You can literally click modules on and off on the fly.
