We gathered over 100 HR people for a full day event on recruitment, onboarding and talent management. In this connection, we pulled out a handful of participants for a talk about their experiences with Emply.
Tina Berning, Zleep Hotels:
We use Emply because it is a very user friendly system, it is very intuitive, and it does not require extensive training.
I am in the hotel industry, and it has been important for us to be able to work flexibly, so to speak, automating messages to the candidates, scheduling interviews without sending an email that pops up at three in the morning, but making sure it is received at a normal time.
We work with different brands, and each requires its own expression and its own wording, when communicating with our candidates, so it has been important to be able to create templates and adapt the wording, logo and design for each brand.
We have had a good experience with Emply from the beginning, which is why it is a natural next step for us to look into the bigger solution, with both their talent program and the HR program, with the objective of having all HR functions incorporated into one platform.

We have worked with Emply for a little more than a year. We started out implementing the recruitment module in all of our stores in 17 different countries, and we are now implementing the talent management module at our HQ in Denmark.
We have chosen Emply because it is a very user friendly system, which means that everyone in our organization, from a store manager to a top level manager is able to use the system right from the beginning.
At the same time, it is also a very flexible system, so we can adapt it to the processes and needs of our organization.
Throughout the process, we have had a really close collaboration with the entire team.
In particular, we think they have been really good at understanding our specific needs, systems, processes and integrations.

We have chosen Emply because it gives us, as consultants, a good overview of the process. Where is the candidate in the process, how far are they in the process, have we sent out rejections, what messages have we sent to the candidate in general. And it is easy to send the candidates a questionnaire if you have any further questions.
We have also experienced their support team as being very attentive and curious about the problems we run into and very open to our amendments or new things that we would like to implement. They are good at providing inputs and ideas on how we could do things differently and do what they can to solve problems as soon as possible.
