Our Feedback module is now more accessible and flexible

Have you noticed the improvements we've made to the Feedback module? If not, continue reading this update to discover all the latest features designed to simplify your day and enhance the experience for you and your employees.

Complete surveys at your convenience 

We've all been there – amidst a busy day, a survey notification pops up, disrupting our workflow. Balancing a hectic schedule and finding time to complete the survey becomes challenging. That's why we've introduced a new feature in the Feedback module: saving your responses easily by clicking 'Save draft' in the lower right corner.

 

When ready, revisit the survey and click 'Continue from draft.' Explore how in the video here. 

 

This highly requested feature gives your employees greater flexibility to complete their survey responses conveniently. 

 

Set automatic reminders 

When distributing a survey to your employees, maximizing responses is crucial. Now, you can set a deadline reminder for when your employees need to complete the survey. Additionally, automatic reminders can be sent a few days in advance to prompt those who haven't responded yet. Learn how in the video here. 

 

Give anonymous feedback

Numerous studies emphasize the significance of anonymity for employees providing feedback in surveys. Employees are more inclined to respond when you guarantee anonymity, fostering honest answers. In Emply, you can ensure anonymous responses, extending this feature even to administrators. Discover how in the video here.

 

Choose who can see forms and responses

We've introduced a new 'Visibility' feature under the feedback form's 'Settings.' Here, you can customize your preferences regarding the display of received responses on the Feedback tab, specify who should have access to the feedback form, and decide whether you want the form to appear in the Feedback tab only after at least one response has been received. Watch the video tutorial here to see how it works. 

 

Tailoring the visibility of a feedback form can be advantageous for private matters between you and your employee. For instance, a manager might want to address a sick leave interview with an employee without making it visible to others in the organization. 

 

By choosing 'Show after at least one response' under 'Visibility,' you can streamline your Feedback tab. The form will only be visible once one or more responses are received, making it more manageable.
