As a customer, it is essential that you feel safe throughout the implementation process. Therefore, you will be assigned a personal implementation consultant who will give you a thorough introduction to the system. This way, we ensure you get off to the best possible start and feel well-prepared to use Emply. The implementation consultant will be your teacher and sparring partner throughout the process.
Once you have chosen your product package and integrations, we will send you an implementation plan. A typical program lasts four months and is generally online. It allows you to revisit important information that we have covered in the recorded meetings.
During the implementation process, we hold weekly meetings based on your and your stakeholders' availability. It is important that you set aside time for implementation so that we can create the best program for you.
Together we will set up the Emply system based on your organization's needs, HR processes, policies and data availability. This will allow you, your managers and your staff to maximise the benefits of the platform. We also talk about how to roll out Emply in your organization in the most efficient way.
Once the modules have been set up and you have received training, the implementation process is finalized. You will then be introduced to our support team, who will help and guide you with any further questions.
